- 4 Medium strawberries
- Small handful frozen blueberries
- 1/2 Cup fat free yoghurt
- 1 x Teaspoon sugar free peanut butter
- 1 x Tablespoon raw honey
- Ice cubes
- Water (1/4 cup)
- 1 Scoop vanilla weigh protein (optional)
